You might remember these pincushions from awhile back. I thought it would be fun to create a similar set but with crochet this time around.
I never get tired of pincushions. I love to make them, receive them and give them as gifts.
I was having a bit of a problem making these but a quick email to Trish and she helped me on my way. She makes THE MOST adorable pincushions. Check them out on the sidebar of her blog.
This is my Marmalade wall hanging going to my friend Barbina. Yes! It's going to live in Germany! The color in the first photo isn't great but I wanted you to see the little birdie clips I just got. I found them in a little shop for 50 cents apiece! I used this pattern.
I finished my Ruby quilt top but didn't want to squeeze too many photos in this post. And I finished the blocks for my Summersville quilt. I feel like I've been somewhat productive but that may be because it's too

Such gorgeous little pin cushions! I loved the first set the first time round and these crochet ones are just as adorable. And the quilt is stunning. I love the way you have quilted it too. And the bird pegs are so cute!

heat....I'm sick of it...roll on September when it usually gets a a little cooler. The reservoir is at 38% now and it hasn't rained in nearly three months.

I only found out after returning from Germany that Barbina was only 30 minutes away from the area where we are and I am soooooooooooo upset that I didn't know that beforehand. Germany is a big country. Who would think that she was right where we were. Ugh! I told hubby we have to go back! Your wallhanging is lovely and I know she will love it.
